However, as we deal with digital products, including social media management services, coaching services, and other digital offerings, there are specific conditions and processes for requesting refunds.

1. Digital Products and Services Covered

- Social Media Management Services
- Social Media Audits
- Coaching for Beginner Social Media Managers
- Coaching for Beginner Content Creators
As all of our products are digital, there are no physical returns involved. The policy specifically addresses refund requests for these digital products and services.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds on digital products under certain conditions outlined below:
Social Media Management Services
- If you are not satisfied with our social media management services, you may request a refund for unused services.
- Refund requests must be made within 14 days from the start of service.
- Services that have already been delivered, implemented, or completed are non-refundable.
Social Media Audits
- Social media audits, once delivered, are non-refundable due to the nature of the work being personalized and delivered immediately upon completion.
Coaching Services
- Single Session Refunds: If you need to cancel a coaching session, you can request a refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to cancel in advance will result in the session being non-refundable.
- Coaching Packages: For coaching packages that include multiple sessions, unused sessions can be refunded on a pro-rated basis, provided the refund request is made within 30 days of purchase. Completed coaching sessions within a package are non-refundable.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you are eligible for a refund and wish to initiate the process, please follow these steps:

- The date of purchase
- The reason for your refund request

- Processing Time: Once we receive your refund request, we will review it and respond within 5 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
4. Conditions for Refunds
- Refunds for digital products or services that have already been substantially delivered are not possible.
- Partial refunds may be available for unused portions of coaching packages or service agreements, depending on the services delivered at the time of the request.
- Refunds may not include transaction fees that were incurred through third-party payment providers (such as PayPal or Stripe).
5. Non-Refundable Digital Products
The following digital products or services are non-refundable:
- Social media audits, once delivered
- Any social media management service that has already been substantially completed or delivered
- Coaching sessions that were not canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice
- Custom digital strategies or content once delivered
6. Changes to Services
